NYC DOT is committed to compliance with all Civil Rights regulations. Persons who believe they have been discriminated against (i.e. excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or access to, NYC DOT programs or services) on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, or income status have the right to file a complaint. Discrimination complaints can be filed online, by mail, or by calling 311. Your complaint must be submitted within 180 days of the alleged discrimination.
