Registration and paymentFor logistical reasons, we strongly discourage on-site registration. Please make sure you register beforehand.
Payment is the last step of the registration process. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been made.
Please read carefully the event's participation rules and health rules.

FeesThe fees will help W3C offset some of the costs.
The fees are displayed in USD, however attendees will be able to pay in their own currency.
The rates below include participation for the events of the whole week.
The fees for participants, observers and guests are as follows:
In-person participation:
Remote participation:
We invite you to show your support to those who participate actively in W3C groups and who request financial support to attend TPAC, by accepting a 5% fee in addition to the above rates. You have the option to opt-out.
Important: We advise people to confirm their meeting registration and payment before making flight and accommodation arrangements.
Registration fee waiver For W3C Invited ExpertsThe TPAC 2025 participation fees will be waived for all W3C Invited Experts. You will not be asked to pay for the fees once you complete the TPAC registration form.
For all other TPAC attendeesWe understand that not everyone can afford the TPAC registration fee for a variety of reasons and we do not want any of these to be a barrier to participation.
On-site participation fee waiverThere are a limited number of fee waivers available for on-site participants, at the discretion of the organizers. The fee waiver operates on a trust basis. Please do not use this option if you can afford the fee.
Remote participation fee waiverWe make an unlimited number of fee waivers available to remote participants. The fee waiver operates on a trust basis. Please do not use this option if you can afford the fee.
Please contact w3t-tpregister@w3.org to request the fee waiver before filling in the registration form.
Modification, cancellation and refundYou may switch your registration from on-site to remote, and vice versa, while retaining the same class of registration. (i.e., early bird on-site will convert to early bird remote, and vice versa).
If you need to cancel your registration to the event, refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee (which will vary depending on the registration fee and type of credit/debit cards).
To modify and adjust the fees or to cancel your registration, contact w3t-tpregister@w3.org.
