thank you for a great show!

2025 was the largest VCF Southwest yet with over 100 vendors and exhibits and 1,800 people in attendance. Thank you to everyone who came out and attended, exhibited, gave a talk, and volunteered.

The sessions are going up on our YouTube channel, please be sure to check them out!

VCF Southwest 2026 is well in the works with a new date, May 29-31, due to World Cup games taking place in the DFW area in June. Additionally, we are moving to a new venue, the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport, increasing our space and putting it all under one roof!

note on communications

Any official communication will be done via email from either a @vccnt.org or @vcfsw.org email address.

The only way to purchase tickets, tables, or any other items relating to VCF Southwest are here at vcfsw.org or on-site at the show.

Any contact received asking you to purchase anything VCF Southwest related outside this website should be considered scam and be ignored and deleted.

We have seen instances where people are receiving scam emails claiming to be selling "Visitor" or "Attendee" lists. Be assured that VCF Southwest has never and will never sell or release any attendee information.
