C++ Bitset Integer Value Constructor

The C++ constructor std::bitset::bitset() constructs bitset container and initialize it with the bit value of val.

Following is the declaration for std::bitset::bitset() constructor form std::bitset header.

bitset (unsigned long val);

constexpr bitset (unsigned long long val) noexcept;

val − Number used to initialize the bitset.

Constructor never returns value.

This member function never throws exception.

The following example shows the usage of std::bitset::bitset() constructor.

using namespace std;

int main(void) {
   bitset<4>b(8);

   cout << b << endl;

   return 0;
}
