Apple introduced its latest Safari 6.0 update for OS X Lion and Mountain Lion users today, but the company appears to have left Windows users out in the cold. An updated Safari page at Apple’s site only contains references to Safari for Mountain Lion and Lion, with a note about Facebook integration coming this fall. A download link to the previous Safari 5.1.7 for Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 has also been removed from the page, although 9to5Mac mentions nightly WebKit builds are still available for Windows and a direct link still works. We’ve reached out to Apple for comment and will update you accordingly.
Thanks, pawfyd!
