Consumer Privacy Notice — Sharethrough Privacy Center

YApplicable data protection laws may provide you with certain rights with regards to our Processing of your Personal Data.      

  1. Access. You can review and access your Personal Data by visiting Sharethrough’s User Rights Page. 
  2. Deletion. You can review and request to delete your Personal Data by visiting Sharethrough’s User Rights Page.  

You may also remove the Personal Data collected by us and stored in cookies by removing our cookies on your devices.         

Please note, in limited circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate a request to delete information if we believe the deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect in which case we will notify you if we cannot accommodate your request.

DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK 

The Data Privacy Framework (DPF) (and the UK and Swiss extensions) were developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission, UK Government, and Swiss Federal Administration to provide U.S. organizations with reliable mechanisms for personal data transfers to the United States from the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland while ensuring data protection that is consistent with EU, UK, and Swiss law.

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, (please refer to more information under the data transfers section), Sharethrough commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information.  

As part of the the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Sharethrough is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Sharethrough may also be liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties in the event such transfers violate the requirements under applicable law. Under certain conditions, you may have the power to invoke binding arbitration under these above noted programs.

As part of the the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, you have the opportunity to choose whether their personal information is (i) to be disclosed to a third party or (ii) to be used for a purpose that is materially different from the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individuals. You can do so by exercising your right to opt-out in accordance with the guidelines under the “Your Rights” section below.
