Each Red Hat OpenShift Dedicated cluster comes with a managed control plane (control and infrastructure nodes), application nodes, installation and management by our 24x7 Red Hat site reliability engineering (SRE) team, premium Red Hat support, and cluster services such as logging, metrics, monitoring, notifications portal, and cluster portal.

Red Hat OpenShift Dedicated addresses security and compliance needs comprehensively with industry-specific standards and regulations such as HIPAA, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, and SOC 3.

There are two models available for OpenShift Dedicated purchased directly through Red Hat. In the Standard pricing model, Red Hat manages payment and support with the cloud infrastructure vendor. The customer will only need to interact with Red Hat. In the Customer Cloud Subscription (CCS) model, a customer will pay the cloud infrastructure vendor directly for components and usage.
