Cortana Cortana in Windows as a standalone app is removed. Desktop wallpaper cannot be roamed to or from device when signed in with a Microsoft account. We recommend Microsoft Word for rich text documents like .doc and .rtf and Windows Notepad for plain text documents like .txt.
