Wikibase - MediaWiki

Wikibase is a software toolbox that offers a collaborative space to pool, edit and curate information in a structured way. Wikibase is particularly good at opening up access to your data, not only for computers but for your human audience in their own language, so that it can become part of the Linked Open Data web.
