about the HTML5 parser test suite

Comment #1 on issue 209 by alexei.k...@gmail.com: about the HTML5 parser test suite
http://code.google.com/p/html5lib/issues/detail?id=209
http://code.google.com/p/html5lib/wiki/UserDocumentation reads:

The development version of html5lib comes with an extensive testsuite. All the tests can be run by invoking runtests.py in the tests/ directory or by running
$ python setup.py nosetests

However, tests/ directory does not contain runtests.py, and the command "python setup.py nosetests" gives
error: invalid command 'nosetests'

Then, there is testdata directorey in the workspace root, with tests like encoding/test-yahoo-jp.dat, but nothing is said in the documentation how to use those *.dat tests.
