What steps will reproduce the problem?

Attempt to use getElementById() from the DOM object.



What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Method returns the DOMElement with the specified id attribute.

Actual: Method returns null.



Please provide any additional information below.

- Apache 2.2
- PHP 5.4.4
