http://code.google.com/p/html5lib/issues/detail?id=168the patch was close, but you are missing an additional s/node/token['name']/ instance
if you apply this, then form tags are correctly parsed.however, the latest tag published to pypi 0.90, which was last updated in 2010 has a different problem as well since the self.tree.openElements.remove(node) needs to be un-indented one level
