html5lib zip source , and packaging for Fedora

It looks like I managed to create an uncompressed zip by mistake. I will 
certainly fix it for the next release; how important is it to you that it be 
fixed earlier? We could do 0.10.1 I suppose, but I don't want people to think 
they should upgrade despite there being no substantive changes.
