Luckily, I wasn't paying attention for most of August.

When I finally got around to rolling the latest version of HTML5lib
into Instiki, this was fixed. But, while I wasn't looking, the API had
changed.

    TreeBuilders.getTreeBuilder  --> TreeBuilders.get_tree_builder
    HTMLParser.parseFragment -->  HTMLParser.parse_fragment
    TreeWalkers.getTreeWalker  --> TreeWalkers.get_tree_walker

which was something of a WTF moment until I realized what had
happened.

Unfortunately, it caused some other people some pain, too:

which is unfortunate.

Anyway, all up to date now.
