Orgill Canada Hardlines, a subsidiary of Orgill, Inc., today announced the completion of a deal to buy the hardware assets of Chalifour Canada Ltd.
The purchased assets include Chalifour Canada’s London, Ontario, distribution center, as well as the hardware inventory in Chalifour’s Surrey, British Columbia, facility.
All Canadian distribution and retail services previously provided by Orgill, Inc., and Chalifour Canada are now operating as Orgill Canada.
From the modern distribution facility in London, Ontario, Orgill Canada services retailers in every Canadian province and territory. The distributor offers a full range of industry leading products, retail programs and services.
Orgill bought Chalifour’s assets from TIM-BR MART Group, a member-owned buying group headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, that serves building material and hardware retailers, commercial dealers and manufacturers.
Orgill Canada is a wholly owned subsidiary of independent hardware distributor Orgill, Inc.
