7.1 Make and Automake projectsA project of ‘ede-project’ type creates a file called Project.ede in every project directory. This is used to track your configuration information. If you configure this project to be in ‘Makefile’ mode, then this project will autogenerate a Makefile. If you configure it in ‘Automake’ mode a Makefile.am file will be created. The automake bootstrapping routines will also import and maintain a configure.am script and a host of other files required by Automake.
