Bioconductor - TileDBArray

This is the released version of TileDBArray; for the devel version, see TileDBArray.

Bioconductor version: Release (3.21)

Implements a DelayedArray backend for reading and writing dense or sparse arrays in the TileDB format. The resulting TileDBArrays are compatible with all Bioconductor pipelines that can accept DelayedArray instances.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("TileDBArray")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.

To view documentation for the version of this package installed in your system, start R and enter:

browseVignettes("TileDBArray")
