BiocSklearn

This is the released version of BiocSklearn; for the devel version, see BiocSklearn.

interface to python sklearn via Rstudio reticulate

Bioconductor version: Release (3.21)

This package provides interfaces to selected sklearn elements, and demonstrates fault tolerant use of python modules requiring extensive iteration.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("BiocSklearn")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
