snpStats

This is the released version of snpStats; for the devel version, see snpStats.

SnpMatrix and XSnpMatrix classes and methods

Bioconductor version: Release (3.21)

Classes and statistical methods for large SNP association studies. This extends the earlier snpMatrix package, allowing for uncertainty in genotypes.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("snpStats")
