PharmacOGenomics Ontology Support

Bioconductor version: Release (3.21)

Provide simple utilities for querying bhklab PharmacoDB, modeling API outputs, and integrating to cell and compound ontologies.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("pogos")
