This is the released version of affyio; for the devel version, see affyio.

Tools for parsing Affymetrix data files

Bioconductor version: Release (3.21)

Routines for parsing Affymetrix data files based upon file format information. Primary focus is on accessing the CEL and CDF file formats.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("affyio")
