Bioconductor - fourDNData (development version)

This is the development version of fourDNData; for the stable release version, see fourDNData.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

fourDNData is a data package giving programmatic access to Hi-C contact matrices uniformly processed by the [4DN consortium](https://www.4dnucleome.org/). The matrices are available in the multi-resolution `.mcool` format.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("fourDNData")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.

To view documentation for the version of this package installed in your system, start R and enter:

browseVignettes("fourDNData")
