Bioconductor - sampleClassifierData (development version)

This is the development version of sampleClassifierData; for the stable release version, see sampleClassifierData.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

This package contains two microarray and two RNA-seq datasets that have been preprocessed for use with the sampleClassifier package. The RNA-seq data are derived from Fagerberg et al. (2014) and the Illumina Body Map 2.0 data. The microarray data are derived from Roth et al. (2006) and Ge et al. (2005).

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("sampleClassifierData")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.

To view documentation for the version of this package installed in your system, start R and enter:
