Bioconductor - bcellViper (development version)

This is the development version of bcellViper; for the stable release version, see bcellViper.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

This package provides a human B-cell context-specific transcriptional regulatory network and a human normal B-cells dataset for the examples in package viper.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("bcellViper")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
