Bioconductor - LungCancerLines (development version)

This is the development version of LungCancerLines; for the stable release version, see LungCancerLines.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

Reads from an RNA-seq experiment between two lung cancer cell lines: H1993 (met) and H2073 (primary). The reads are stored as Fastq files and are meant for use with the TP53Genome object in the gmapR package.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("LungCancerLines")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
