This is the development version of pandaR; for the stable release version, see pandaR.

PANDA Algorithm

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

Runs PANDA, an algorithm for discovering novel network structure by combining information from multiple complementary data sources.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

BiocManager::install("pandaR")
