GEOsubmission

This is the development version of GEOsubmission; for the stable release version, see GEOsubmission.

Prepares microarray data for submission to GEO

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

Helps to easily submit a microarray dataset and the associated sample information to GEO by preparing a single file for upload (direct deposit).

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
