Bioconductor - NanoStringNCTools (development version)

This is the development version of NanoStringNCTools; for the stable release version, see NanoStringNCTools.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

Tools for NanoString Technologies nCounter Technology. Provides support for reading RCC files into an ExpressionSet derived object. Also includes methods for QC and normalizaztion of NanoString data.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("NanoStringNCTools")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.

To view documentation for the version of this package installed in your system, start R and enter:
