This is the development version of Cardinal; for the stable release version, see Cardinal.

A mass spectrometry imaging toolbox for statistical analysis

Implements statistical & computational tools for analyzing mass spectrometry imaging datasets, including methods for efficient pre-processing, spatial segmentation, and classification.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
