Bioconductor - BufferedMatrix (development version)

This is the development version of BufferedMatrix; for the stable release version, see BufferedMatrix.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

A tabular style data object where most data is stored outside main memory. A buffer is used to speed up access to data.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("BufferedMatrix")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.

To view documentation for the version of this package installed in your system, start R and enter:

browseVignettes("BufferedMatrix")
