This is the development version of goProfiles; for the stable release version, see goProfiles.

goProfiles: an R package for the statistical analysis of functional profiles

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

The package implements methods to compare lists of genes based on comparing the corresponding 'functional profiles'.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
