Bioconductor - chihaya (development version)

This is the development version of chihaya; for the stable release version, see chihaya.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

Saves the delayed operations of a DelayedArray to a HDF5 file. This enables efficient recovery of the DelayedArray's contents in other languages and analysis frameworks.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
