Bioconductor - SANTA (development version)

This package is for version 3.22 of Bioconductor. This package has been removed from Bioconductor. For the last stable, up-to-date release version, see SANTA.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

This package provides methods for measuring the strength of association between a network and a phenotype. It does this by measuring clustering of the phenotype across the network (Knet). Vertices can also be individually ranked by their strength of association with high-weight vertices (Knode).

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("SANTA")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.

To view documentation for the version of this package installed in your system, start R and enter:

browseVignettes("SANTA")
