I'm trying to stream the series "When Calls the Heart" from the Hallmark Streaming channel. When I click Play, a wait circle starts spinning, but the video won't load. I can watch other videos from their channel, just not this series. Any suggestions?

All Replies (2)Hi Vinnie, When this happens, the cause is usually an ad-blocker. The site wants to play an ad before the main video, but the adblocker won't let the ad load.

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.
You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.
If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
