Direct MessagesYou can exchange messages with other contributors within SUMO. You can delete your messages by accessing your Inbox at https://support.mozilla.org/messages. Please note that when you delete your message, the sent copy is retained in the inbox of the user you sent it to. Additionally, if you delete your account, the sent copy is retained in the inbox of the user you sent it to, but the username is replaced with a random identifier.
How do I access my account data?You can access your account at: https://support.mozilla.org/users/edit.
How do I update my account data?You can update your account at: https://support.mozilla.org/users/edit.
How do I delete my account data?You can delete your account with the Close account and delete all profile information button at the bottom of your account page: https://support.mozilla.org/users/edit. This will delete all required and optional account data.
Note:
We keep it for as long as your account is open, unless you choose to delete it.
