Firefox Reader View for clutter-free web pages

Reader View in Firefox helps you strip away clutter like buttons, ads, background images and videos, providing a clean and customizable reading experience. Here’s how to use it:

1. If a page is available in Reader View, the Reader View icon will appear in the address bar.

2. Click on the Reader View icon ; a blue icon indicates the feature is currently active.

If a page is available in Reader View, you can also access Reader View from the Menu bar

to toggle Reader View.

Once in Reader View, you can customize the layout to fit your preferences. Options are available on the left side of the article content:

• Exit: To exit Reader View, simply click the ✕ cross button, click the Reader View icon again or use the back button on your browser.

• Text: Adjust the layout (text font and size, content width, line height) and theme (light, sepia, dark) in Reader View.

• Read aloud: Have Firefox read an article out loud in Reader View.

• Save to Pocket: Add a page to Pocket.
