Save, sync and read pages anywhere with Reading List

Coming soon! This feature is coming to Firefox version 38.

Found a page you want to read but short on time? Read it later! The Firefox Reading List keeps the pages you want to read in one convenient place. Use it with Firefox Sync to take your reading with you on your desktop and Android devices.

Add a page to your Reading List

Add a page to your reading list to read it later.

  1. If a page is compatible with Reader Mode, a book icon will appear in the address bar.
  2. Hover over the address bar until the plus sign appears.
  3. Click on the plus sign to add an article to your Reading List.
Access your Reading List

Ready to read your saved pages? There are three ways to access your Reading List:

Through Reader View

On Reader View, click on the Reading List button on the left sidebar:

Click on the bookmark button and choose .

  1. Click on the menu button The image "new fx menu" does not exist..
  2. Click the icon.
  3. Choose .
  4. Your articles will appear on the sidebar.
Remove pages from your Reading List

To remove a page from your Reading List:

  1. Open your Reading List through the sidebar.
  2. Hover over the article you want to remove until the x appears next to it.
  3. Click on the x to remove the article.

To clear your entire Reading List:

  1. Open the Reading List through the menu button The image "new fx menu" does not exist..
  2. Click to remove everything.
