If you don't want Firefox OS to check your emails automatically (for example, if you don't want to use too much data or battery power), set this to Manual instead.
Check emails manuallyIn a hurry to check your emails? You can force Firefox OS to check for emails any time you want: Just tap the sync icon at the bottom of the Inbox screen to load new emails immediately.
