Keep Private Browsing tabs open after exiting Firefox

Starting from Firefox version 127, Firefox for iOS will default to close private tabs when you leave the app. If you want to keep your tabs open, just do the following:

  1. Tap the menu button at the bottom of the screen (the menu will be at the top right if you're using an iPad):
  2. Tap in the menu panel.
  3. Scroll down to the Privacy section and tap the switch next to Close Private Tabs to turn it off.
  4. At the top right corner, tap to save your changes.

All set! Your private tabs will remain open and will be waiting for you next time you open the app.
