If it’s listed: To trigger the Play Protect certification check, tap Fix device issue. If this doesn’t completely fix the problem, here are some steps you can take based on the information provided.

Lock bootloader to fix issue
Your device failed Play Protect certification checks because its bootloader is unlocked. To improve the device security state, you need to lock the bootloader.
To lock your device’s bootloader, follow the instructions your device manufacturer provided.
Reset device to fix issue
Your device may be rooted or modified to run a custom Android OS.
We recommend that you try each of these steps. After each step, check if the problem is resolved. If not, continue to the next step.
