Use Distraction Control to hide menus and other diversions on a web page.

  1. Go to the Safari app on your Mac.

  2. When viewing a website, click in the Smart Search field, then choose Hide Distracting Items.

  3. Click the items you want to hide on the webpage.

  4. Click Done.

    To unhide, click , then choose Show Hidden Items.
