#DESCRIPTION

This module exports a function that lets you dynamically change the output encoding at will.

#SYNOPSIS
use Test2::Tools::Encoding;

set_encoding('utf8');
#EXPORTS

All subs are exported by default.

#set_encoding($encoding)
