CONSTITUTION:A transmitted transfer frame is compared with a compressed data block 11 stored in a storage circuit 3 by a comparing circuit 4. At the same time, its transfer frame 10 is stored in a temporary storage circuit 2. As a result of comparison by the circuit 4, in case of coincidence, a coincidence signal 12 is inputted to a write controlling circuit 5. When the signal 12 is supplied, the circuit 5 switches a switching circuit 6 to a compression display frame 14 from the transfer frame, and also stores the frame 14 in a storage circuit 7. In case of dissidence as a result of comparison, a dissidence signal 13 is inputted to the circuit 5. When the signal 13 is supplied, the circuit 5 switches the circuit 6 to the circuit 2, and stores the transfer frame stored in the circuit 2 by that time in the storage circuit 7.
