The PFT v2.0.8 global dataset has 14 layers, each describing the percentage cover (0-100%) of a plant functional type at a spatial resolution of 300 m: 4 tree PFTs, 4 shrub PFTs, natural grasses, herbaceous cropland (i.e., managed grasses), built, water, bare areas, and snow and ice.
You are visualizing year 2010 but the dataset is provided yearly from 1992 to 2020. More info here
