Corwyn, This mailing list is related to development on Python itself, and not really oriented to support questions for buildbot. For setting up buildbot under Windows 10, I recommend that you go to https://buildbot.net and read the documentation there for installing buildbot. If you need further help, that web site has pointers to buildbot-specific mailing lists.
