Matthias just uploaded a 3.5.2-2 to Debian unstable, which will also soon make
its way to Ubuntu 16.10:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python3.5/3.5.2-2

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS currently still has 3.5.1.
