Howdy.  I went here:

    https://hg.python.org/cpython/

I clicked on "Server-side clone".  I filled out the form.  I clicked on 
the "clone" button.  I was rewarded with this error message:

    error

    An error occurred while processing your request:

    no such method: rclone
