I don't know that anyone disagrees with my point, but, less than an hour
ago, this on the wxPython list:

Microsoft no longer sells the compiler that's needed to build Python 3.4,
and the needed compiler for Python 3.5 is free.
"""

To be fair, if you are trying to build wxWidgets, you may well want the
whole IDE, but still...
