On second thought, I do find that having

  Modules/cjkcodecs
  Modules/clinic

looks kind of weird. So I'm +1 for __clinic__, 0 on the rest.

+2 for something more self-explanatory like:

Modules/__arghandlers__
Modules/__autogen__
