However, it's not my fault. I suggested `newlen < (PY_SSIZE_T_MAX -
PY_SSIZE_T_MAX / 5)` and not `newlen <= (PY_SSIZE_T_MAX - PY_SSIZE_T_MAX
/ 5)`. In this case, there is no overflow.
